This is an extremely versatile machine. Below are just some of the exercises which can be performed: Lat pulldown -Wide & Narrow, Low row, Tricep extensions- Rope, Tricep extensions – Straight bar, Bicep curls, Hammer curls etc.

Our focus in the build was to make it functional, space saving and durable. What makes this machine so unique is the footprint. With the back leg only 102cm wide and 142 depth, you can save on valuable gym floor space. The height is 240cm (over 7ft), which allows taller athletes to allow full movement and stretch when pulling down.

Made from 3 x 3″ 11-gauge steel for a solid construction. 135kg weight stack with pin for quick and easy weight selection. A dual connection point cable system keeps the weight ratio consistent when pulling.

Premium upholstery on the seat and leg holders for comfort and durability. The pulleys used are high grade aluminium which offers a very smooth movement when pulling and prevents the cable from slipping. The low row comes with an adjustable diamond tread footplate.
