York Barbell FTS Flex Bench with Leg Hold Down is a 6-position 0-90 degree adjustable incline, using a simple and sturdy support cupping application. The back supporting bar just drops into the selected cup for a no-hassle incline adjustment
This is the only dumbbell bench in the FTS Range that allows a full 30 degree decline, with the support of an adjustable leg hold-down bar, this means the user will always stay on the bench throughout the whole exercise
The extra wide seat/base pad has a fully contoured edge behind the knee joint, offering maximum support when in decline or when using the leg developer attachment (see attachments). Seat pad has a simple adjuster block system underneath should the seat need to be raised for a specific exercise
Built-in impact resistant wheels to the rear and a front mounted grab handle make for easy transportation around the gym
Accepts Leg Developer attachment (48009) and Preacher Curl attachment (48008)
