The York STS Barbell Seated Preacher Curl has taken into account the need for more adjustability and sturdiness to create a bicep blasting bench. The seat has 6 position adjustment and a narrow yet comfortable pad.
The contoured foam padding places greater emphasis on the bicep by offering increased support under the arm and reducing body movement.
10mm thick polished chrome bar holders offer a large area to “rest” the bar on, but are close enough to the bench to allow full range of motion.
